Tom Caruana

Tom Caruana has been making home made music since his teens. Starting out on cassette 4-tracks and using various instruments he create numerous albums limited to only 1 copy (way ahead of the Wu-Tang). Moving to London in 2000 led to Tom meeting and working with various MCs. He started the groups The Menagerie (with Dr Syntax, Professor Elemental & Nick Maxwell) as well as London based Boiler Room Collective (Genesis Elijah, Wordsmiff FLIP, Ahmos, Teej & Red Master). Tom has had a successful stint as remixer creating projects such as Wu-Tang vs The Beatles, Wu-Tang & Jimi Hendrix, An Adventure To Pepperland Through Rhyme & Space and the Can sampling Inner Space. In recent years Tom has been released compilation styles albums such as Brewing Up which features a vast array of MCs from the UK (Sonnyjim, Juga-Naut, Scorzayzee etc) as well as albums with Dr Syntax & Wordsmiff FLIP. Tom's latest album Strange Planet takes things to new places with sci-fi inspired samples, beats and lyrics. The album features Jehst, King Kashmere, billy woods, Denmark Vessey, Lee Scott, Mr Lif, Paten Locke, Prince Po, Willie Evans Jr., Joker Starr, VVV and many more!
