Benny Mails

Benny Mails is a rapper, producer and DJ from South London with a dense and free sound. There's a special layer of pressure that sits on top of all the songs he writes that are closest to his heart. He is an advocate for music that's not easy to listen to and doesn’t have any intentions of changing that with force. He doesn’t shy away from being vulnerable on his tracks e.g. opening up about his ADHD and moments of anxiety, which is often “spewed” on top of his verses.

Benny recently curated a 6 month long project with Nike & SNS supporting 15 up-and-coming musicians in London by providing 6 weeks of studio time at Miloco’s legendary mix room ‘The Red Room’ in Bermondsey, South London. In June, Benny creative directed a live performance with Central Cee for Nike & Nocta (Drake’s brand). He continues his residential Music Direction & Sound Design role. Consistently working with Bianca Saunders at Paris Fashion Week, curating soundtracks.
